2.2 Inaccurate or Incomplete Work:

  • If the final product or service does not meet the agreed-upon specifications, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery. We will review the issue and attempt to correct the work. If the issue cannot be resolved after multiple revisions, a partial or full refund may be considered, depending on the severity of the issue.

 

2.3 Cancellation by Client (Before Work Commencement):

  • If you decide to cancel your order before we begin working on the project, you are eligible for a full refund, minus any processing fees incurred. However, once work has commenced, the cancellation will be subject to the refund policy below.

 

3. Refund Amount

 

The refund amount will depend on the progress of the work and the service provided. Here is how we calculate refunds:

 

3.1 Full Refund:

  • If the project has not yet started, or if there has been no progress made, you may be eligible for a full refund (minus any third-party fees like domain registration, hosting, etc.).

 

3.2 Partial Refund:

  • If work has commenced but is not completed to the client’s satisfaction, a partial refund may be issued based on the amount of work delivered. The refund amount will be calculated as a percentage of the project cost, corresponding to the remaining work that has not been completed.

 

3.3 No Refund:

  • No refunds will be issued once the work is completed and delivered to the client, unless the client can demonstrate that the service was significantly deficient and attempts at rectification have failed.

 

4. Refund Procedure

 

4.1 Submission of Refund Request:

  • All refund requests must be submitted in writing to connect@eyepune.com within 7 days of the issue or dissatisfaction with the service provided. Please include your name, contact information, and a detailed description of the issue.

 

4.2 Review Process:

4.3 Processing Time:
